How cancellation and refunds work when you buy a OneGrade course.

This is the refund part of our Terms and conditions.
Your right to cancel (withdrawal)
As a consumer you can cancel this distance contract within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, art. 10.º). How much you get back depends on whether you asked us to start during those 14 days:

| Premium / Exclusive: you asked us to start within the 14 days (art. 15.º) | The price, minus the course part (€290) if you asked for immediate access to it and confirmed the loss of the right to cancel for that part, and minus the lessons already given: €6.67 per Premium lesson, €31.25 per Exclusive hour |
How to cancel and get your refund
To cancel, send us a clear statement by email to [email protected]; you may use the model form below. We refund within 14 days of receiving it, using the same payment method, at no cost to you.

If your Premium group does not start
Premium: a group starts when at least 3 people have joined, usually within about 2 weeks. If your group has not started 4 weeks after your payment, you can choose to: (a) wait for the next group; (b) switch to Exclusive, paying the difference; or (c) give up the live lessons and get back €200, keeping the self-study course — or a full refund if you have not started using the course yet.
